Tokenisation Group Limited

The infrastructure layer for UK private company capital markets.

The way private companies raise capital, create shareholder liquidity, and access investors is being rebuilt. Tokenisation Group is building the infrastructure that makes that possible, spanning primary issuance, secondary trading, and the full private company lifecycle.

01 · Why It Matters

The UK private company capital market is large, structurally broken, and at an inflection point.

A single gold egg among rows of white eggs.

The businesses that stand out are the ones built on infrastructure, not chance.

There are over five million private companies in the UK. The overwhelming majority have no reliable route to raise growth capital beyond a narrow network. No structured mechanism for shareholders to achieve liquidity short of a full exit. No access to EU capital. No price discovery between funding rounds. No path to the public markets that doesn't cost £5m and two years of management time.

That is not a fringe condition. It is how private company ownership works, or fails to work, by default.

The London Stock Exchange recorded just 17 IPOs over £4m in 2024, down to 9 in 2025 (not including those listed on AIM), the lowest since records began. Pension funds are deploying an additional £10bn into UK private markets as a direct result of government reform. The FCA has created PISCES, the first regulated framework for private company secondary share trading. The British Business Bank has deployed £100m of fresh capital specifically targeting early-stage businesses outside London.

Capital that was sitting passively is now actively looking for better routes to the businesses it was meant to reach.

The technology is not the interesting part. What it makes possible is.

02 · What We're Building

Building the infrastructure, not just explaining it.

Tokenisation Group operates across the complete spectrum of UK private company capital markets: from seed raise to pre-IPO, from primary issuance to PISCES-aligned secondary trading, from the UK to EU capital pools. It works through three connected ventures and a wider practice of strategic partnerships and selective investment.

How We Work
Build

New businesses

Launch new tokenisation and RWA ventures from scratch, backed by shared expertise and infrastructure.

Partner

Strategic partnerships

Build relationships with leading companies already operating across the tokenisation and RWA space.

Invest

Selective investment

Back businesses and teams building the infrastructure and platforms this sector needs next.

Connect

One ecosystem

Link the businesses in the group to each other, and to the wider market, as the sector matures.

Our test for every business we build or back: does it make capital markets work better for more companies, more investors, or more assets? If so, it belongs.

03 · Who's Behind It

Two people. One pattern: building infrastructure that the market needs and doesn't yet have.

Co-Founder & CEO

A builder with an engineer's instinct for systems and a founder's instinct for markets. Trained as a Royal Navy avionics engineer. Has driven £35m in B2B sales and built distribution for ventures in publishing and media. Has worked directly with hundreds of founders and seen the same barrier repeat across every sector: capital excluded by access and network, not by the quality of the business. Tokenisation Group is built to fix that: not as a financial product, but as infrastructure.
